Our alteration tag is an economical solution to allow you to track your customer's orders and scheduled pickups. The tag is an off white/ecru color with black imprint. It features an area for the date, customer information, article description and amount of sale. The tag is perforated to divide the tag in two sections along with a 5 digit layaway number in red featured in each section for accounting/filing ease. Back side of the tag is blank.
