This unique and rare wine barrel stave - with the unusual bung hole - and can be used for arts and crafts or actually an insurmountable things that can be done with them.
Roughly, they are between 3" and 5" wide and as with most staves, nearly an inch thick; plus, range in length from 34 to 37 inches.
These come from California wine country and most are relatively fresh (though some have aged), having been recently part of an oak barrel with wine in it.
Rustic in nature, the pictured staves are examples, so may not be the exact same stave you would receive; as every used wine barrel stave is different from one another, including shades of gray and tan along with a multitude of patina.
Note: you are purchasing one used wine barrel stave. Also, a bung hole stave naturally cracks at the hole entrance - because they are the weakest point of the barrel - so there might be shallow cracks at the middle edge of the hole, but we will never sell you a broken stave.
