Special Features

  • Important: Fast charging requires a 30W power adapter (PD) and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The USB-C cable included with the X5 camera can be used directly. If you use a USB-A to USB-C cable, the charging case may only receive 5V voltage. In this case, due to insufficient input power, you will not be able to charge two batteries at the same time.

  • Yes 20W charging! Yes, definitely, for sure this case is able to charge a battery at up to 20W! You just need to set it to 20W/Channel (Read the instruction manual) in the settings Menu. Factory default is set to 12W+12W because many folks use aftermarket batteries which have issues if charged over 12W. Also the dual 12W configuration has good balance between speed and efficiency. You can set the chargers to 20W+7W total 27W mode so that you can charge the first battery from 0% to 80% in 35 minutes which is only a few minutes slower than the OEM charging case
