Important compatibility notes: Will require running a separate 12 volt ignition power wire to the new radio's wire harness since that wire is not available on the factory harness. Wire harness won't work with vehicles with premium system- no Bose, no factory external amp vehicles only. Will not retain some features that go through the radio like factory chimes, rear dvd, aux input, backup camera, steering audio controls, etc. Some off brand off size radios might not fit properly. Using popular brand name radios like Kenwood, Alpine, etc is recommended for no fitment issues. Will require cutting behind the dash area to fit the bigger radio being installed.
