Interior lighting allows you to monitor your food as it cooks. Double-pane thermal glass windows preserve heat and promote energy efficiency. With easy to use controls and a 60 minute timer, operation of this unit is as straightforward as it gets. Additionally, this unit comes standard with four 5” diameter casters (two braking, two non-braking) should you need mobility for your oven. Standard stationary feet are also included. This oven features a 3/4” rear gas connection. A compatible gas hose connection kit is available as Kratos item 29R-006. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection. It includes a 6 foot power cord and standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
