Our 2 Sided Emergency Shower & Eye Wash Test Record Tags are constructed from 10 mil thick paper with a plastic center that is lightweight, flexible, and durable. Water-resistant material is pliable, yet will not crack, distort, shrink, rip or breakdown in moisture, and when readily tugged on. Tags are digitally printed with long-lasting, UV resistant inks to avoid fading and discoloration over time which make them suitable for both indoors and outdoors. All tags come with a .325" (inside diameter) hole reinforced with a metal eyelet to prevent the tag from being pulled off.
