Special Features

  • Product set: 1 bottle of 8 oz treadmill silicone oil + 2 bottles of 1 oz treadmill silicone oil (10 oz total) + a liquid filling funnel + disposable gloves, large bottle with a sealing cap (suitable for long-term storage)
  • Product features: Colorless and transparent silicone oil lubricant (non-toxic and colorless, high temperature resistance up to -158°F-590°F, high stability, high lubricity) is widely used in modern treadmills. Suitable for home and heavy-duty commercial treadmills, most elliptical machines and other exercise equipment.
  • Usage Instructions：Unplug the Power Supply: Start by unplugging the treadmill from the power outlet. Prepare the Lubricant: Remove the seal cap and seal from the long-nozzle bottle. Apply the Lubricant:Lift one side of the treadmill belt and insert the applicator tube while squeezing the bottle. Slowly and evenly apply the lubricant between the belt and the deck, ensuring a steady flow of silicone. Use about 0.5 oz (approximately 1/2 bottle) on the first side. Repeat the process on the other side. Recommended Usage Frequency:It is recommended to use the treadmill every 3-4 months，Use one ounce of lubricant each time. The small bottle holds one ounce.
  • Scope of application: applicable to equipments that need non petroleum silicone based fabrics. Specially customized silicone oil has strong compatibility. Suitable for most branded treadmills in the market.
  • Pro Tip: We do not recommend using silicone lubricants on metal structures, because silicone lubricants work well on plastic and rubber products, and silicone lubricants are only a component of metal lubricants and cannot replace metal lubricants (chains, metal gears, bearings, etc.), and the effect is not ideal. Excessive use of lubricants is not recommended.
