How to Use:
1. Mix 350g warm water and 40g salt in a measuring cup until the salt dissolves.
2. Pour the salt water solution into the ice frying machine twice, shaking it in the middle and making sure the machine is tilted upright when pouring.
3. Place the stainless steel panel flat side down in the freezer at a temperature below ‑18℃ for at least 24 hours.
4. Pour about 50‑60ml of yogurt into the machine, refrigerating the ingredients beforehand. High temperatures may affect the outcome.
5. Stir the yogurt for 1‑2 minutes to ensure even with the stainless steel panel.
6. After the yogurt solidifies, line it up and scoop it up. Place in a cold drink bowl and garnish with fruit.
