This is an OE Lucas High Output Sports Coil, rated at 40.000 volts, for cars that DO NOT use an external ballast resistor and have a push on connector for the coil. They can be used on the later cars but you have to remove the ballast resistor. This Sports coil has a primary resistance of 3 Ohms. Cross Ref.# 143-200, TT2981
