  • This listing is for FOUR (4) Stainless Steel tie down attachments. D-rings are a simple and versatile way to secure cargo loads. Simple bolt on mounting is all that is required, or you have the option of welding these directly to a stainless steel platform. They can be used for securing cargo in a trailer, van, camper, pickups etc., or for hanging/organizing tools in a shed, garage, or workplace.
  • A strong 3,500 lb. breaking load capacity (straight pull). W.L.L. is 1,167 lb. capacity - WORKING LOAD LIMIT: The maximum load weight a tie-down should be subjected to during normal use. To assist in making the proper tie-down choice the Federal D.O.T. requires the WLL to be 1/3 of the Rated Capacity.
  • Both pieces are made with a 304SS alloy stainless steel, they will never rust or corrode. The ring is fused together, not compressed, therefore preventing the ring from pulling apart. To obtain a tiedown attachment that is 100 percent rust-free it is recommended to install these d-rings with 1/4 stainless steel bolts, SS lock nuts, and SS fender washers (wide diameter). Less expensive zinc coated steel hardware is a viable alternative.
  • SPECIFICATIONS: Please see secondary image in the gallery. Here are the written specs: The 1/4 diameter ring measures 1-1/4 wide x 1-1/2 long. The top cap is 3/32 thick and measures 3/4 wide x 2-1/8 long, with 1/4 holes on 1-1/2 center.

It measures 3/4" wide x 2-1/8" long, with 1/4" holes on 1-1/2" center. To obtain maximum strength it is recommended to install these d-rings with bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers (wide diameter). *WORKING LOAD LIMIT: The maximum load weight a tie-down should be subjected to during normal use. To assist in making the proper tie-down choice the Federal D.O.T. requires the W.L.L. to be 1/3 of the Rated Capacity.
