These are new motorcycle black shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 10.5". The original stock length is 11.5" so these shocks will lower the bike by about 1". They are ideal if converting to a bobber or if you just want to lower your bike. They have black bodies and black springs. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The original shocks have rubber grommets in the top mounting eyelets which will crack and split over time. These shocks have all metal bushings which are preinstalled for ease of installation. The green wire ties that you see in the photo are there to secure the lower bushings and keep them from being lost. The upper metal bushings cannot be removed. NOTE! SOME MODELS HAVE A METAL COLLAR ON THE UPPER SHOCK MOUNTING POST THAT MUST BE REMOVED. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THIS SET OF SHOCKS WILL ONLY FIT 2004-2020 HONDA VT750CA SHADOW AERO MODELS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR 2 UP RIDING. We do offer shocks for many other models as well.
