FEATURES: The United Pacific Diecast Skull Steering Wheel Spinner features a heavy-duty diecast C-type clamp with an all-metal skull to top it off. The entire UP Steering Wheel Spinner is chrome plated for that premium look. The purpose of a steering wheel spinner is to help reduce the effort and fatigue. We've included rubber spacers to accommodate different grip diameters. (NOTE: Not recommended for padded steering wheels).
