  • Solid all-metal construction: the ball head made of CNC milled aluminium alloy is durable and corrosion resistant and has a high load capacity of 55 lb (25 kg) for heavy photo equipment. Nevertheless, the weight of itself is only 19.7 ounces (560 g), which is portable for outdoor work
  • Arca type quick release plate: The Arca quick release plate is designed for safe and quick camera installation, and the 1/4 inch mounting screw fits most DSLR cameras and camcorders with rubber buffers to protect against scratches. The non-removable locking button secures the camera firmly in place, and two spirit levels help keep the level straight
  • Double panorama design: the 2.6 inch (65 mm) swivel base with 360° scale and locking knob can be connected to a tripod or monopod via the 3/8 inch thread and allows smooth and precise panoramic photos. In addition, the quick release plate has a rotating clamp that allows panoramic movements

Description

With its low centre of gravity, hollow design, a tolerance of 0.1 mm and the large ball diameter of 44 mm, the ball head stabilises your camera and swivels it 135° between vertical and horizontal position.
The CNC machined aluminium alloy is durable and corrosion resistant and offers a high load capacity of 25 kg (55 lb) for heavy photo equipment. The net weight is only 16.6 ounces/470 g for easy transport.
The Arca type quick release plate is designed for safe and fast camera installation, and the 1/4" mounting screw fits most DSLR cameras and camcorders. Two spirit levels keep the level straight for accurate compositions.
The ball head with 3/8 inch connection is compatible with numerous tripods, monopods and camera slides. Both the swivel base and the rotating quick-release clamp allow 360° swivels for magnificent panoramic shots.
