Double-sided carbon conductive tape has good conductivity and is specifically designed for fixed observation samples using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It has good adhesion and indistinguishable structure, making it an ideal background substrate for observing the entire sample. The use of this tape in EDS not only greatly reduces the background X-ray value, improves observation accuracy, but also reduces observation limits.
