FAQ's & Troubleshooting; (about HDMI TV without audio and video) First, check whether the indicator light of the switcher's HDMI input and HDMI output is on. Please check whether the signal source and TV are on Please check if the USB power cable is connected to 5V1A power supply. Then, Check if your signal source and TV are working properly; Whether the signal source is in normal operation. Whether the TV has been set to correspond to the HDMI interface input mode. Whether signal source and TV resolution are unified. Our switchers support downward compatibility up to 4K 60Hz, so you need to ensure that your signal source, TV and HDMI cable also support 4K 60Hz.
