Fabric roll of 40 2.5-inch by 44-inch (width of fabric) strips from the Good Gracious collection by designer Anna Maria Horner for FreeSpirit Fabrics. My Good Gracious collection was named because of both the exclamation at the sight of beauty and for a little play on words after having such “good" and “gracious" experiences in the UK during the summer of 2022. The fabric designs were almost exclusively inspired by the sketches and photographs made as I traveled from Northern Scotland to Southeast England with my fiancé (now husband). A walk in the New Forest and a magical interlude with a herd of wild horses is a pictorial detailing of unforgettable moments. A guided tour of my new sister-in-law Beata's home garden was a moment of graciousness and welcoming that I will never forget. Castle views, long walks, graceful swans, village escapades, wildflower explorations, and a Fair Isle sweater souvenir all floated to the top of my cherished memories of this beautiful chapter in my life.
