Luo Han Guo, Monk Fruit, Buddha Fruit (Momordica Grosvenori) is a climbing vine, growing from 3 to 5 m in length. The leaves of Buddha Fruit are narrow, heart-shaped, 10-20 cm long. The fruit is spherical in shape, with a diameter of 5-7 cm, smooth, yellow-brown or green-brown, with stripes extending from the end of the stem. It is covered with a stiff thin skin with small hairs. Inside the fruit are many small seeds. Flowering time is from June to August and fruiting time is from August to October.
