  • Two tyres are required on the bandsaw and it is recommended that both tyres are replaced at the same time if one is worn. The blade pulley tyres are there to keep the blade on the correct track. Over time they can become brittle or elongated. You will then have problems with the blade leaving the pulley or not tracking correctly.
  • It is recommended that the belt be checked for wear and tear within 3 to 6 months to ensure that it does not interfere with normal use. If the band saw is worn, replace the belt for optimal performance. The tyre is pulled directly onto the pulley. There is no need to disassemble any parts.
