Tingsha bells are small cymbals attached together by a string that have been traditionally used in Buddhism for rituals. They are made of bronze alloys and produce a sharp high-pitched ringing sound when struck together . Also known as Tibetan hand cymbals, they have gained nowadays popularity in Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, Yoga Practice, Chanting and Meditation.
