A-type V-belt pulley wheel is made of aluminum alloy, and high-speed rotation does not shake, effectively suppressing transmission noise and fluctuations, and improving the stability of the belt operation.
Aluminum pulleys are suitable for A-type V-pulley timing belts driven by motor shafts. There are different grades of grooves for different speed requirements.
After receiving the pulley, put the pulley on the fire and bake for 2 minutes, align the keyway of the pulley and the motor shaft, and pad the shock-absorbing wooden block when knock, otherwise, it is easy to damage the pulley.
Notice: Screw holes are not included, the hole has the keyway on top, as long as the hole is the same diameter and the synchronous wheel diameter match.
