Second picture demonstrates its rigidity - full BevTray held by *one* hand. Sometimes BevTray needs to be broken in when using it for small cup transport. Again, please make sure cups are fully seated in bottom of BevTray. And this is intended to be used inside a BevBag and if not inside a BevBag, the BevTray can be used independantly, but it should not sit inside a large food bag with nothing to support the entire tray from moving all around.
