Special Features

Description

Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.) is a genus of fungi in the family Hericium erinaceus. Ericius ericius is not only a delicacy but also an important medicinal fungus in China. As one of the eight "mountain treasures" in China, the Ericius mushroom has been said since ancient times to be "mountain treasures of monkey head and seafood of bird's nest".
