Description

If you play golf, tennis, cycle, are a competitive powerlifter, strongman, weightlifter, Crossfitter, or if you drive, text or type, you are overusing your gripping muscles while under-using your expanding muscles. Expanding muscles are the muscles that open your hands. Undertraining these muscles cause imbalances that hurt performance & can cause pain & injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow.
Hand X Band was specifically designed to exercise & strengthen your expanding muscles, balancing all of that over-gripping.
Hand X Band is compact, durable & easy to use.
Hand X Band will help you strengthen your expanding muscles correcting the imbalances caused by over-gripping.
Aimply slip on & Hand X Band!
1.) Slip loops onto fingertips centering oval indents
2.) Start with fingertips close together
3.) Open your hand all the way
4.) Repeat
5.) Remove gently one finger at a time
Three Resistances! As with any exercise we suggest starting out light and working your way into heavier resistance both during the workout and as a long range training plan as you build strength.
Light Resistance: great for rehab and if you are just starting out with working your hands.
Medium Resistance: about right if you have done some strength training and have a decent grip
Heavy Resistance: challenging for serious athletes.
- Do not use while driving. -
Keep out of reach of children.
