Fits '02-'17 Dyna (except FXDF, FXDWG and '09-'17 FXDB) and '04-later XL models (except XL883N, XL1200N, XL1200NS, XL1200X, XL1200XS and '11-later XL1200C). Does not fit with Layback License Plate Mounting Kits.
