These silvalume needles have the broadest range within the Susan bates family of knitting needles. Made of lightweight aluminum, each silvalume needle undergoes a special anodizing process that etches away all surface impurities. In addition, each needle is heat treated for strength and durability and polished for a velvety smooth finish. Each size is color coded so you can find the size you need at a glance. The knobs feature a no-roll design and the US and metric sizes are clearly printed on the knob. Each gift set contains three pair of needles in US sizes 5.5 mm, 6 mm and 6.5 mm.
