The fabric is a high quality black color match to the OEM seat and the mounting brackets conveniently swing back out of the way for easy passenger access. Pads have a 2-1/2 inch thick foam pad inside for comfort. This kit bolts to the passenger handles on each side mounting to the frame for a solid mounting point.
