All my pasties are made with a strong, long lasting medical grade adheasive that will keep these on all day and night, even with sweat or when wet. They won't come off untill you take them off! There is also a nipple guard to prevent the adheasive from sticking to the sensitive skin directly on the nipple. Note: the zombie pattern varies a little on each pair.
