This is an Academy 1/144 scale plastic model kit. The Mikoyan MIG-29 is a fighter aircraft designed for the air superiority role in the Soviet Union. Developed in the 1970s by the Mikoyan design bureau, this mach 2.3 aircraft entered service in 1983 and remains in use by the Russian Air Force as well as in many other nations. NATO's reporting name for the MiG-29 is "Fulcrum", which was unoffically used by Soviet pilots in service. Although small in size, and very easy to assemble, this Academy kit is complete with fully engraved panel lines, detailed landing gear, various under-wing weaponry, and an accurate decal sheet.
