●How to choose eggs before hatching?
①The hatching eggs must be fresh,forbidden to put the in the refrigerator or wash with water,and the best fertilized eggs are within 4-7 days after laying.
②The big round end of an egg must be up,and the small end must be down when put eggs into machine for hatching.
③please turn eggs 2-3 times per day manually during setter period,but stop in hatcher period.
●What are the precautions for hatching?
①Please do correct operation and careful observation during the whole incubation process.Inspect the water level in the egg incubator regularly.Recommend to fill with warm water once every 3 days around but subject to actual environment and water volume in the machine.
②Please cover with foam package to keep machine warm if room temperature is lower than 20°.
③Please don't open the lid frequently during the whole incubation process,otherwise would caused the unbroken eggshell dry out and not be broken.
④Please must check the development of the eggs in time during the incubation period:
The 1st time eggs testing(day 5th-6th):Mainly check the fertiliration of the hatching eggs and select out unfertilized eggs, loose yolk eggs and dead sperm eggs.
The 2nd times eggs checking( day 11th-12th): Mainly check the development of the egg embryos.The well-developed embryos become larger, the blood vesseis are all over the egg and the air cells are large and well-defined.
The 3rd times eggs testing(day 16th-17thj:Aim the light source with the smal head, the embrya in a well-developed egg is filled with embryos, and can't see light in most places; if it is a stillbirth, the blood vessels in the egg are blurred and not visible, the part near the air chamber tums yellow, and the boundary between the egg contents and the air chamber is not obvious.
⑤Hatching period (Day 19th-21th): It has entered the hatching perod when there are cracks on the eggshell,meanwhile it's necessary to increase the humidity to ensure that the eggshell is soft enough for the chicks to break the shell,and reduce the temperature to 37 -37.5'C is the best.
●How to better preserve the machine after hatching?
Please clean up and air dry the machine in time after using, to prevent the moisture left inside the machine caused the electronic components damages and affecting usage.
