3.Pump at Comfortable Pressure; Stop if Painful - Pump milk at a pressure that feels comfortable. If you experience pain in the breast or nipple, stop pumping.
4.Limit Pumping to 80% Capacity and 20 Minutes - Aim to pump only about 80% of your milk capacity and not exceed 20 minutes per session.
