GOURLAB+ is an all-purpose kitchen tool that has six cooking functions and five kitchen-tool functions. Thanks to its proprietary "pressure control port", just by putting ingredients and seasoning inside GOURLAB+ and microwaving it, you can cook as if by using a pot or frying pan. You can also use it as a food container just by rotating the lid, It comes in handy for many other purposes in the kitchen.
Six cooking functions - "Stews", "Steams", "Boils", "Stir-fries" and "Cooks rice" in a microwave oven. (Upper-temperature limit: 302°F（150°C)) You can use GOURLAB+ for "Oven cooking" if you remove the lid and use only the container. (Set temperature: 440°F（230°C) or lower)
Function as a storage container - You can keep GOURBLAB+ in refrigerator/ freezer while it contains food inside(cold tolerance: -40°F（-40°C) at lowest). Rotate the lid to the cooking position before warming it up with a microwave.
Mixing bowl function - As the interior of the container makes a smooth curb without any dent, GOURLAB+ serve as a mixing bowl that allows tossing ingredients with seasoning or sauce or evenly mixing ingredients together. Tossing can be done effortlessly be setting the lid at "storage position" and shaking GOURLAB+ while holding it with your both hands.
Strainer function - When the lid is set at "cooking position", you can easily drain water from the "air control port" without a strainer or colander whren cooking pasta or re-hydrating dried food.
Preparation tool function - You can use GOURLAB+ as a tray or heat-proof dish to toss ingredients with sauce before cooking or marinating ingredients. You can preheat or preboil ingredients as if by using a sauce pan, but without even having to boil water.
