Special Features

  • Cut length: #30 leaves about 0.02 in (0.5 mm) of coat for very close work on Poodle faces and feet.
  • Under guard combs: a common base blade for metal snap-on attachment combs to leave longer, even lengths.
  • A5 fit: detachable blade for A5-style clippers from Artero, Andis, Oster, Moser, Heiniger and Aesculap (Fav5 and Fav5 CL).
  • Built to last: high-carbon steel with cryogenic tempering, hand-sharpened, chrome-coated against rust and rated 62 Rockwell hardness.
  • What it does not do: it cuts very close, so it is not for sensitive skin areas; use a #10 or #15 when in doubt.
