ASI 3019235 Type TCP18 is an internal plug for the ASI nylon plastic and nickel plated brass cable gland strain relief cord grips. To seal an open cable gland on an enclosure, insert the correct sized internal plug into the cable gland and screw down the cap. Once secured, the plug blocks debris and water from entering the hole. IP68 and NEMA 6P Ingress Protection are met through this action. The internal cable gland plugs are made of a self-extinguishing black plastic nylon and work effectively in environments with continuous temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to +90 degrees Celsius. The 3019235 works with ASI nylon plastic, nickel plated brass and stainless steel cable gland strain relief cord grips with pitch threads of M16 and PG 11. The 3019235 is packaged with 100 TCP18 internal plugs per bag.
