The cantilever-shaped lining system spreads the shock of impact and minimizes force transferred to the catcher's shins. A flexible foot cap covers the top of the foot, providing an extra layer of protection. Air flows through the built-in ventilation holes to prevent heat buildup and keep catchers cool.
