You just iron these appliques for clothes on the right position, pressing hard from the front of the cloth for 10-20 seconds to make the cloth paste in place, and further ironing 30 seconds from the reverse, to ensure that the glue is melted and the cloth is firmly attached to the item after ironing. Please be aware that do not peel off the glue.
