For Tie Dye (Pre-Soak Method):
-1 cup of Soda Ash to 1 gallon of warm water
-Soak fabric in mixture for 20 minutes
-Wring out excess solution by hand
-DO NOT rinse out

For Immersion Dying (Cellulose Fibers like Cotton, Linen, Jute, Hemp):
-1/4 to 1/3 cups of Soda Ash per 3 gallons of water
-Add to dye bath according to dye instructions

For Dyeing Cellulose Fibers (in a Washing Machine):
-Use 2-3 cups/0.47-0.71 kg of Soda Ash per load
-Dissolve in 1qt(0.95 L) of hot water
-Gradually add dye bath in washer according to dye instructions
