[How to Use] :
Step 1: Place the female snaps on the upper side of the pliers(hole-side).
Step 2: Place the silver hollow claw rings (inside parts) on the under side of the pliers (non-hole)
Step 3: press the handle
Step 4: Place the male snaps on the upper side of the pliers(hole-side).
Step 5: Place the colorful hollow claw rings (outside parts) on the under side of the pliers (non-hole) then press the handle
Step 6: hit the snap button with equipped bar to prevent the buckle from loosening.
