It uses a top-mount base with an adjustable 35° angle and does not come with a specific rear fender mounting bracket or a dedicated “rear fender position.” If you have a suitable flat surface and can route the cable, you may be able to mount it near a rear fender using the supplied base and hardware, but it's not a vehicle-specific rear fender antenna kit.
