Simple Inflation Tips
First, stretch each balloon three to five times before inflating to activate elasticity and reduce bursting risk.
Second, inflate slowly with a standard hand pump or electric pump, and leave a four to six inch tail for twisting room.
Third, release a small amount of air if overly tight for easier twisting and shaping.
Fourth, twist from bottom up and press each twist firmly to prevent loosening.
