- Constructed from 1060 aluminum alloy, it features excellent thermal conductivity.
- The precisely cut and aligned heat sink ensures a tight fit with the chip.
- For better heat transfer, you can apply a 1mm thermal pad on the chip. This is optional and depends on your needs.
- It can be fixed on 2-inch and larger racks using 20mm and 25.5mm mounting holes together with printed parts. It keeps a 2mm gap from the base plate for better heat dissipation and prevents easy falling off.
