A Smarter Starter Rock Tumbler for Kids: Designed for kids and first-time rock collectors, the C5 combines beginner-friendly operation with useful controls for learning the rock tumbling process. It is easy to start with the first batch while offering more flexibility as young hobbyists gain experience.
Quieter Tumbling for Home Use: The rubber barrel helps soften rock impact, while the fitted noise-reducing cover adds another layer of sound reduction. Together, they create a quieter rock polishing experience for kids and families during the multi-day tumbling process.
Simple Controls for First-Time Beginners: The colorful control panel and illustrated step-by-step guide make it easy to choose a tumbling time and speed, start a batch and check progress along the way. Beginners can focus on polishing rocks without complicated setup or programming.
3 Speeds, 9-Day Timer, Pause & Memory: Go beyond a basic starter rock tumbler with 3 adjustable speeds and a timer of up to 9 days for different polishing stages. Pause and resume to check the rocks, while the memory function keeps the previous settings for an easier restart.
Complete Rock Tumbler Kit for the First Batch: Includes the C5 rock tumbler, rubber barrel, noise-reducing cover, 0.5 lb of assorted rough gemstones, 4 polishing grits, jewelry findings, mesh strainer, 2 replacement belts and an illustrated guide—everything needed to begin the first rock polishing project.
Hands-On STEM Learning Through Rock Polishing: Kids can watch rough gemstones gradually become smooth, polished rocks while exploring geology, minerals and the step-by-step tumbling process. Finished stones can also be turned into jewelry and crafts for a hands-on science activity with a visible result.
More Than a One-Time Rock Tumbler Kit: After polishing the included gemstones, young rock collectors can continue experimenting with suitable rocks they find and compare different results across batches. The C5 turns a first rock tumbling project into an ongoing geology and rock-collecting hobby.
