The Neck Die Base is to be used the L.E. Wilson Interchangeable Bushing Neck Die. You will only need one base to work with all of your Neck Dies. Cases are pressed in to size the Case Neck, then flipped over to punch out primers and push out the case after sizing. Primers collect in the cavity below. L.E.
