FITS 7.9–15.4 IN UPPER ARMS: Adjustable to fit upper-arm circumferences from approximately 7.9 to 15.4 inches (200–390 mm). The sliding adjuster makes it easy to fine-tune the fit for different arm sizes. Measure around your intended wearing area before ordering for the best fit.
STRETCH WOVEN NYLON: Made from soft woven nylon with moderate flexibility that adapts naturally to arm movement without feeling overly tight. The breathable fabric helps reduce a stuffy feel during running, gym workouts, strength training, cycling, walking, and extended daily wear.
SECURE ADJUSTABLE BICEP FIT: The stretch construction works together with the metal sliding adjuster to help keep the Garmin CIRQA strap comfortably positioned on your upper arm. Easily loosen or tighten the band depending on your activity and preferred wearing tension.
QUICK-RELEASE & EASY TO CLEAN: Built-in quick-release spring bars allow the Garmin CIRQA arm band to be attached or removed without extra tools. When the strap needs cleaning, remove the tracker, gently hand-wash the nylon band, and let it air-dry completely before reinstalling.
