Description

USB to serial port module based on CH343P, equipped with RTS and DTR
Full speed USB device interface, compatible with USB 2.0
Supports communication baud rates of 50bps~6Mbps
Optional 3.3V/5V TTL level input and output, while supporting external target level setting, with a level range of 1.8V~5V Support installation free operating systems with built-in CDC class drivers or multi-functional high-speed VCP vendor drivers CH343P has built-in EEPROM and can configure parameters such as chip VID, PID, MAX current value, and product information string
The chip has a built-in Unique ID (USB Serial Number)

Level selection
When VIO is connected to 3V3 through a short-circuit cap, the TX/RX/RTS/DSR level is 3.3V
When VIO is connected to 5V through a short-circuit cap, the TX/RX/RTS/DRR level is 5V
3. When the VIO is connected to the power supply of the target device, TX/RX/RTS/DRR is determined by the power supply of the target device, and the level range needs to be between 1.8V and 5V
4.5V/3V3 does not have anti backflow function. When the target device is powered on, it cannot be connected to 5V or 3V3. Common ground is sufficient
