This simple, beautiful, and functional citrus juicer manually extracts fresh juice from limes, lemons, oranges, and grapefruit. Simply place a cut half on top of the spiral-ridged center, and push down and turn at the same time. The sides of the porcelain juicer are high enough to contain a fair amount of juice, and a strainer in front of the spout keeps seeds and pulp from escaping. The juicer measures 7 by 6 inches, is shaped with slightly uneven sides in such a way as to feel delightful in the hands, and exhibits the rustic yet modern look consistent with the rest of the Sophie Conran tableware and bakeware collection.
