iPad/Air Pods Why doesn't it work for my phone？
1. Do NOT use with USB-C-only iPhones
2. Avoid extreme environments – Do not expose the charger or cable to moisture, high heat (>40°C), or direct sunlight for extended periods. Keep the whole charging set away from blankets, cushions and enclosed narrow spaces that trap heat. Stop charging immediately if the charger feels unusually hot.
3. If the charging port gets dusty, gets waterlogged or is damp, it may cause the product to malfunction.Please clean the charging port first. Let wet ports air-dry 2-3 hours.Do not use it in extreme temperatures as it may cause the charger to stop working.
4. Unstable current or voltage may cause malfunction. Check if the power socket supplies stable power and ensure the adapter is fully and firmly inserted. Try swapping to another verified wall outlet to rule out faulty sockets. Re‑seat both ends of the cable, and test with a different compatible cable or power adapter to isolate whether the fault lies with the cable, adapter or your device.
