This butcher blade is primarily crafted from special high-carbon steel, featuring precision-sharpened, hardened teeth. It is specifically designed for quick cutting of bone-in beef, pork, lamb, fish, or frozen meat. Additionally, it can be used with a woodcutting bandsaw machine for cutting polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, medium to heavy foam, plastic, cardboard tubes, and packaging materials. However, it is not recommended for woodcutting applications. All bandsaw blades carried by Magnate (TM) are welded and fabricated in the USA. The coils/material are USA brands but may not be made in the USA. All band saw blades' pictures depict a general bandsaw blade and thus may look different from each particular item. If the teeth of the bandsaw blade are pointing in the opposite direction of your machine, flip the blade inside out. Warning: For packaging purposes, this blade is folded into a coiled position similar to a spring and may pop open during coiling or uncoiling. Wear heavy-duty leather gloves and eye/body protection, and exercise extreme caution when handling the blade. Failure to do so could result in serious bodily injury.
