  • [High Speed Edge Banding] The straight edge banding process can be carried out directly through the automatic board passing in one process. It finds wide applications in industries such as woodworking, furniture edge banding, cabinet processing, and home improvement projects. Note: This bander is only suitable for straight edges and cannot be used for curved edge banding.
  • [Double-sided Gluing] The multi-function microcomputer sealer's unique design enables simultaneous plate edge sealing and tape application, ensuring uniform adhesion and a flawless finish. For best results, allow the machine to heat for an extra 3-5 minutes after reaching the preset temperature before turning on the speed controller. This prevents motor damage due to uneven melting of the glue.
  • [Control Panel] The banding speed and temperature control can be independently adjusted using separate switches. The edge banding machine features an adjustable banding speed ranging from 0 to 19.7 feet per minute (0 to 6 meters per minute).
