The Phaetus SiC Nextruder Prusa Nozzle is an all-metal, quick-swap nozzle designed for Prusa MK4/MK4S/XL/MK3.9/MK3.9S. Its integrated design eliminates leakage, allowing nozzle changes in seconds. The enlarged chamber delivers 21 mm³/s high flow, supporting high-speed printing without under-extrusion. Made of high-hardness silicon carbide (Mohs 9.8) with EndCoat coating (HV3300), it offers extreme wear resistance for abrasive filaments like PA-CF and carbon fiber, with inner diameter change as low as 0.0191mm.
