DIY Room Refresh Spray: Mix one part polysorbate-20 to nine parts water and add up to 3% of your favorite essential oil. Usage varies depending on formulation & purpose. As a general guide, 10g polysorbate 20 will solubilize about 1-5g oil/fragrance.
